A breast lift raises and reshapes sagging breasts; it can be combined with augmentation or reduction. Grand chooses an areola, vertical or inverted-T incision depending on the degree of sagging, uses a 3D Full-HD endoscope to protect vessels and nerves, and avoids drains to reduce pain. Surgery takes 4–4.5 hours under general anesthesia.
