A forehead lift raises drooping brows and smooths forehead and frown lines. Grand offers two methods: the endoscopic Endotine lift (three 1–2 cm scalp incisions, 30 minutes to 1 hour, IV sedation) and the classic forehead lift (a 5 cm incision behind the hairline, 2–2.5 hours, general anesthesia). Is an endoscopic brow lift permanent?
The forehead is fixed to the bone with Endotine devices, giving a long-lasting lift, though natural aging continues.
Will my hairline move?
The surgeon plans the incision to protect the hairline. If you have a high forehead, tell the surgeon; the classic method can be designed not to raise it.
Can I combine a forehead lift with eyelid surgery?
Yes. Brow position and upper eyelid skin are assessed together, and many patients do both in one session.
