Facial fat grafting in Seoul, Korea

Facial fat grafting moves your own fat, usually from the abdomen or thighs, into areas of the face that have lost volume, such as the temples, cheeks and under the eyes. Grand uses a micro-partitioned (Heart Face) technique and the Lipokit system, which keeps fat away from air to improve survival. It is often combined with a facelift, because lifting repositions tissue and fat replaces what aging has lost.

Who is it for?

  • Hollow temples, cheeks or under-eye areas
  • People who want long-lasting volume instead of repeated fillers
  • People worried about implant or filler side effects
  • Facelift patients who also need volume

Why lift and fill together

Aging is both sagging and volume loss. A facelift alone can make a thin face look flat; fat alone can make a sagging face look heavy. Grand's Total Anti-Aging plan combines both.

Frequently asked questions

How much of the fat survives?

Some grafted fat is always reabsorbed. Grand's micro-partitioned injection and the Lipokit closed system are used to improve survival. A touch-up may be recommended in some cases.

Is fat grafting permanent?

Fat that survives the first months behaves like normal fat and stays, though it changes with weight gain or loss.
