Rib cartilage rhinoplasty in Seoul, Korea

Rib cartilage rhinoplasty uses cartilage from your own 7th–9th ribs, taken through a 2–3 cm incision under the chest, to rebuild the nasal tip. Because it is your own tissue, rejection risk is minimal, and there is enough material for complex revisions. Surgery takes 2–3 hours under general anesthesia.

Who it is for

  • Rejection of previous implants
  • Severely short or upturned nose
  • Revision after several surgeries or capsular contracture
  • Septal and ear cartilage already used
