Full facelift vs mini lift in Seoul, Korea
Choose a mini lift if sagging is early to moderate and mostly in the cheeks and jawline. Choose a full deep plane face and neck lift if the neck is loose too, or sagging is more advanced. At Grand both work in the deep plane; the full lift takes about 4 hours and the mini lift 2–3 hours.

Quick self-check
- Pinch the skin under your chin. If there is a lot of loose skin, you probably need the full lift.
- Look down at a mirror. If jowls and neck both drop, a full lift treats both.
- If only the jawline is softening, a mini lift may be enough.
Frequently asked questions
Is recovery shorter after a mini lift?
Slightly. Swelling is usually less, but stitch removal is still at 1–2 weeks and exercise waits 6 weeks for both.
Can I start with a mini lift and have a full lift later?
Yes, though planning the right operation first usually gives the best long-term result.
